Please note that a $25 Processing and $20 Shipping Fee is applied to all wholesale orders under $300.
Why choose glass?
Because we care about the way your drink tastes, the way the cup/bottle looks and (most importantly) because it's not plastic. Glass is in it for the long run! It's hygienic, odour resistant and better for the environment. Our cups are also artisan blown. They are made by human hands, not machines.
Why no plastic?
All plastics (including those marked as BPA free) contain potentially harmful chemicals whose effects are still not fully known. Most plastic is not recycled, it is collected and dumped. For the small amount of plastic that makes it to recycling, it can only go through the recycling process a few times before the molecular structure degrades which makes it non-recyclable. The risk of contamination from bacteria and also other chemicals used in the recycling process requires the plastic item to be downcycled.
Is Silicone plastic?
No, silicone is an elastomer not a plastic. Both plastic and silicone are man-made polymers, but they vary greatly in their ingredients, manufacturing processes and suitability for reuse. Think Cup silicone is an elastomer and substantially different to plastic. Silicone is made primarily from inert natural sand and oxygen and it is not petroleum derived
How do I wash my Think Cup product?
Every part of your Think Cup and Bottle is dishwasher safe except for the bamboo lid on your bottle. Be sure to place all parts of the cup / bottle in the top rack of the dishwasher. If in doubt play it safe and go with a classic hand wash. Sleeves may be slippery when wet or when heated to high temperatures, so please handle with caution. Ensure all components are dry before use.
Where is Think Cup Made?
Think Cup products are designed in Australia and artisan blown in China. Made by human hands and not machines.
